The maintenance men are knowledgeable and I haven’t seen the leasing agent but she was helpful……. BUT THE MANAGER IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! ( she has a smart mouth)

Spacious n clean
I have been at Pinetree since 2020 the apartments are spacious but they never keep staff u see an new property manager every other month and some are rude but other than that I like my apartment

Poor Management
I don’t know what happened to the previous property manager Miss Porsha, but the new one is very rude and lacks the decency to respond within 48 hours via email. The website was also not updated in regards to availability. The website currently states that the first month rent is the deposit and that it is income based but the property manager stated otherwise. If you decide to apply, the units are spacious but be mindful of outdated appliances, spider infestation, the crime rate, and poor... communication skills. I advise to work closely with corporate if your inquiry/application leads nowhere due to negligence.

Awful don't move out here!!!!!
Old appliances, rental office very unprofessional, don't care about there residents, apartment got shot up dey haven't been out too repair da damages at all, tow my car w/o notifying residents dat we have a new or tow company out here, can't buy ice cream or Popsicles freezer doesn't freeze it up, I've been seeing roaches in my apartment, dese apartments r pittyful... Don't get me wrong now its nice and quiet majority of da time! Dey just move anybody out here to fill dere apartments up!! Just a... sad case! Oh and da maintenance is awful! He never, ever fixes things at all...I just stop calling them all together!! Fix it myself!!

Wanting to become future resident
I gave this apartment complex a one due to me wanting to be a future resident. When I was shown an apartment the carpets were so called clean and there we're cracks in the wall as well as the doors were not as moveable as they should be. When asked was the apartment move in ready the manager stated yes and that was a complete turn off. I feel like the apartments should be renovated and have up to date appliances inside of homes. Regardless if the prices go up at least you will get your money... worth. Oh and the pool is very disgusting and needs a deep cleaning. I just wanted to be honest and up-front. These apartments needs an upgrade and better and professional managers that care about their residents and apartment complex.
