Great location, accessible by metro, and so close to the Mosaic Shopping District. Management is super helpful as well. Only issue I have is the walls are decently thin.

I’ve been living at Halstead for about a year and have really enjoyed it! Staff are friendly and the leasing office is responsive. Maintenance usually comes within a day. I also appreciate all of the resident events! There’s also lots of shops around the area. Mosaic district and the metro stop are within walking distance so there’s plenty to do.

Love everything about Halsted square. The location the activities that we have month that keep me looking for what other new activities they have for this month and making sure that I attend if not all of them at least one

I’ve lived here for 3 years. The staff is friendly and available. The maintenance team is professional and gets things done in a timely manner. Amenities are great and the additional community events are a huge plus.
