Don’t do it.

Moved in around may. A/C went out in the entire building in April. It’s September and still no A/C or date when it will be fixed.

Just ok

I moved in this building Jan of 2021 and was very excited about the apartment I lived in until the A\C unit went out and they couldn't communicate the cause and the time it could be fixed. I was 2 weeks into temperatures of 90 degrees and my apartment had no windows being on the ground floor. I could not function in my day to day life in those conditions. They did let me move to the first floor and gave me a window unit until the problem was solved that was in 2022. Then a new company bought the... properties they owned and it seemed to be okay of course they wanted to raise the rental rates and I was going to move since my budget is not set to pay high rates for no extras that these people do not offer. I had a change in my life and needed to upgrade to a bigger apartment and they first told me that would be okay until they looked up who I was and told me since I just started a new lease I would not be able to upgrade. This to me seemed to sound strange but I waited and asked again to be told it was not possible to move until my lease was complete. I was sure being a 3 yr tenant I had earned to loyalty to be accommodated this was incorrect. They want you to rent from them and not ask for anything. Then in May 2024 I paid the rent for May and my A/C went out and as I write this review I am still without my A/C and even with the portable air unit my apartment has not been under 85 degrees. This is UNACCEPTABLE I have been given no information other than it is being looked into. I can't understand how any company that owns the amount of properties they do has me living in these conditions. Many hopes for anyone moving in to this building that once this is fixed it will last longer than a year like the last time it was fixed. I will not rent from this company again. I have to fulfill my lease which makes me so angry that they will hold me to pay them for rent at full price with no discounts and I cant even move since I cant pay for the apartment they are torturing me in and find and pay for a new home. Sadly I really liked living there and was not looking to move but, with no air for over 2 month's and as of today no confirmed date of it being fixed I will have to move when my lease is up thankfully I am a strong person and my ability to overcome hardships is in their favor. I will pay my rent to the court in Aug since it is my only recourse outside of moving and then them coming after me for the rent.
