As a new resident, I have found Signature to be a great place to live. However, I am frustrated in the condition of the unit I was given at the time my lease began. Firstly, the water sitting in the pipes was not drained, which had to be done and left an awful smell across the apartment. Furthermore, I’m sure draining water for 45 minutes won’t be insignificant on my water bill. Second, our fridge was not working, I submitted a work order the next day in the morning and didn’t recieve a follow... up until around 8 PM after I finally inquired with concierge. Great apartment with a good amount of amenities. Leasing staff was really helpful. Garage access is easy, close by food/groceries anything I may need.

Staff is the same, no improvements or acknowledgement of feedback. Dog area is still un-maintained which is unsanitary, handicap buttons are still broken all the time

This Signature apartment is very clean, good amenities, very good customer service. Management is very responsive and the maintenance staff are on time
