The Landings at Markhams Grant. Nice and quiet place to live. The breeze way could use cleaning but not a huge deal. Grounds are kept up nice.

Great apartments we have great amenities as well are peacefully and always on time with maintenance and etc so if you looking for somewhere that takes care of the customer come on down and take a look for yourself

Love living here quiet and peaceful very nice place to live wouldn't want to live anywhere else. Very professional atmosphere and staff I'm blessed to live here

I have been here about six months now. For the most part everything has been relatively quiet. I was very skeptical of moving from a 4-bedroom house and downsizing to a 1 bedroom apartment but as each day passes, the neighborhood in itself allows me to feel welcome.
I have had to call maintenance on two separate occasions and they reacted pretty quickly to my requests. I do however wish I had been a little patient and waited for a 2 bedroom (or 1 & den) at the least for the added space... .
Overall, I would recommend this property.

Still loving living here. Neighbors are all really nice and friendly. Love my view from my balcony. And now that it's winter and the leaves have fallen the view is even better
