First off you're going to pay a lot more to be "uphill" from a highway. There is little to no communication about on going loud construction in adjacent units when someone moves, and during COVID lockdown it was AWFUL. All day, past appropriate hours and not quick (like a week per unit.) All in all after 3 years here with nearly constant noise (granted some of that was the road construction, which fyi it is a hwy and not beholden to normal quiet hours), terrible parking (people use the fire... lanes making it difficult to get past occasionally) and a 25% increase to rent, I'm sure there are nicer places with better access for the amount they're squeezing out of folks.

Great complex and location
This apartment community is fantastic, fast and reliable service with an awesome staff! My refrigerator stopped working and I emailed in a request to get it fixed. The next day it was back up and running just like new, can't ask for much more than that.
