This entire building has a mold problem to the point where people's kitchens are often dismantled due to broken piping and to dry out mold. Air ventilation is awful and mold loves to grow despite trying to get rid of it multiple times.
Repair is a mystery, there has been a massive hole in the backyard as well as a hole in the parking lot for months due to piping being laid from drainage issues leave the parking lot flooding to a lake and down into the basement when it rains heavy. The parking... lot hole did eventually get filled after several months...but only with dirt. It hasn't been repaved. Every time it snows workers aren't sent out until the last second a week later when the snow is already turning to melted slush anyway
The amount of insect pests is concerning. Way too many spiders, fruit flies, even silverfish popped up once.
Parking is also a laugh. Half the time residents can't find a space to park so we have to make up spaces near the dumpsters or along the side of the driveway. Supposedly we got parking permits to combat this issue... But after filling out all the papers and got the car stickers, no one ever comes to verify resident passes on parked cars anyway, so what was the point?
