Theres a huge fly problem at these apartments, they swarm all over your front doors so inevitably make it inside, if you complain they blame it on the tenants and their lack of cleanliness without making sure that cleanliness is the problem. I cant even have a trash bin inside the apartment anymore because the flies adore it no matter how much I change it or sanitize it. You cant open any windows or doors during hot summer days and nights because they will come in by the dozens. Personally the... last thing I think of when I hear luxury apartment. On top of that the parking is terrible there are maybe 40 spots for over 100 cars supposedly each apartment has 2 spots one assigned and one unassigned, but there is NEVER enough parking to actually park, people have to park in front of other tenants garages, in handing cap spaces, in the smoking area, and even in the driveway making it really difficult to get in and put of the complex. If you contact them about any issues you have to call a completely different complex because they refuse to share their contact information (I wonder why) and they refuse to believe you or take you seriously. They blame the tenant for all the issues and run when you see them on sight so you dont have a chance to put in any complaints with them. They insisted that they are sending fumagatores for their fly problem for months and all they ever actually did was hang a smelly fly trap in front of doors that were hardly at all effect against the sheer volume of the flies. Dont rent here, you'll only regret it.
