Upon driving up to the building I noticed caution tape everywhere and large chunks cut out of the building. There appears to be a lot of rotting wood under the second floor walkway also. The rental office is on the second floor and isn't accessible to anyone with a physical disability. The manager was very unprofessional and the office smelled like cigarette smoke and dog urine because the manager brings her dog to work with her and lets it use the bathroom on the floor. I felt it was a waste of... my time going over there to view the property and I'd never pay the prices they want for the apartments when they're sub par at best.

What a great community
Were like one big family. So very close to everything, including schools stores and hospital. The manager watches out for all of the tenets best interest and any time we have a need she is always willing to meet it as quick as possible. One great perk is I have been here for 9 years and we all get a awesome Christmas present from the landlord every year.
