Our community offers its residents app-operated laundry rooms, a complimentary assigned parking space, and pet-stations on both entrances. Apartments are all 1 bed/1 bath at 560 square feet. Most apartments have been completely renovated and are characterized by Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout, white shaker-style cabinets, new countertops, and fresh paint. Terms 1. Application Fee $55.00 *non-refundable* paid to third-party. 3x rent required for income, cosigners accepted. 2. Holding Fee $250.00 to be applied towards security deposit. 3.Security deposit of up to one month's rent. 4. We allow small dogs and cats. Weight limit on dogs is 35 pounds, with some breed restrictions. $250 deposit and $30 / monthly. 5. Utilities. Water, sewer, garbage depending on usage.
