Do not rent
Lost $350.00 apparently… Applied for a 2/1 last week and it’s been 3 full business days and no one has answered the phone at all left messages and no one has tried to reach back. Horrible service specially after applying what kind of community is this place ??

PROS: Good location,... (Verified Renter)
PROS: Good location, well-kept grounds, nice staff. CONS: Management company changed 3x in the past 6 years, no security at night, visitor parking always a hassle

I don't recommend living in Everett to anyone but if they HAVE to live here this isn't a bad complex for the price
