Cozy surroundings, great communication and comfortable, bright apartments. More creaking from upstairs neighbors than I’m used to, but it’s tolerable.

This community has great amenities, wonderfully spacious floor plans, old growth of trees and shrubs throughout the complex, which I love. There is a trash compactor instead of an overflowing dumpster and trash pickup service which is helpful. They also have multiple parking options.

All is well maintain
Water heater is been working no problems
Been leasing for 3 years
Light fixtures hace been working fine.

On the upkeep on the grounds is excelent.
If may suggest about the gardeners .
Always cut the Bushes with a machime
And kill the new flowers .
During the Spring snd summer season
All you need is cut down the bushes

Inspection for Fire alarms always done
At changes of seasons
Outside reals are well keep.
Gather inspectoons on time.
Desinage of the Ground are
Very...
nice.
The lication for a Groing family is perfect from kinder garden to junior high and Hischool just acroos the street.
Great for saving gas and for the new tax based on mileage

The community here is great. It really is a great place to live. Not to loud great neighbors that are friendly!! Added bonus is the little dog park! It is amazing for the dogs to get out and run around.
