I recently moved into Modera Overlake Apartment, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! From the moment I stepped into the leasing office, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The move-in process was smooth and efficient, making my transition to my new home stress-free.

All good except the parking assignment that caused confusion. The parking fee is the highest among the apartments in this area. Only new residents are very welcome while the price is pretty high for current residents.

Modera Overlake is a very well maintained community with state of the art amenities and appliances both in the house and in the community. The community management team is responsive and resourceful and ensure the residents have a great time living here. And to top it all, there are Amazon lockers inside the building!

Nice and clean, the maintenance services is fast respond.
All amenities facilities and the public area are clean and well-maintained.
The coffee machine is out of order quite often though.
