Thank You Pavilion management and maintenance staff
This is my 2nd year at Pavilion going on 3rd. I had recently put in a work order on March 5th and it was addressed on March 10th.
Never had issues with office staff not replying to email. As a matter of fact they are on it faster than I check my emails for replies.
Some tenants complaint about management and other issues but I gotta say they themselves(tenants and their guests and their pets) are the rule breakers and scoffers. Guests... leaving bags of trash outside on parking lots overnight as well as some don't pickup their own pet dropping, not picking up after themselves is completely on them. The maintenance crew work tirelessly daily as my eyes see it, there is so much they can do cleaning up after your negligence. So you tenants with your kids, your guests, and your pets, need to have some respect for those that sacrifice their time serving you. Follow the rules in the lease you yourselves signed so that all may go well with you. If you have no respect towards your neighbors and the apartment policies as well as those that serve you what does that say about your dignity and integrity and your self image?
The Pavilion Tenant Community needs to start doing their part towards a betterment of humanity. DO WHAT IS RIGHT and stop being a scourge. The whole world does not revolve around you and you must do your part to be respected and have success towards yourselves.
Thank You again Pavilion management and maintenance staff for your service and kindness. Though some be scoffing please know that The Majority of Us truly appreciate the work you do and we keep our eyes and ears open.

Great office staff
Anna Maria was so helpful during the application, leasing and move in phases. She kept us updated every step of the way and answered all questions we had.

Terrible Management
Terrible management. I've had over 6 work orders in the span of one year. Went through multiple refrigerators among other things. Nobody seems to care or can help whenever there is an issue. We have to go and argue with management to get anything done.

Great Staff & Community
The staff was very helpful and had a warm welcoming. 3 bedroom apartment with beautiful kitchen counter tops and a nice patio with a storage closet. I had a great time with staff member Joe, she was very nice and made the process very easy ! Great staff members and a lovely community , doesn’t get any better than that !
