After living here I see how I was fooled. They do not respond to repairs for days and days. They ignore calls and emails. They refuse to fix the rat infested garbage area. Stay away.

I have lived here for a year and they have never cleaned the hallway and the stairs. There are cobwebs and spiders all over the hallway and the lamps. Don't come to live here, maintenance rarely solves the problems. Very dim street lamps on main street, this causes crime such as stolen and vandalized cars. Don't even think about having visitors, there will never be a parking space for their cars.There are a couple of spaces for guests but they are always occupied by the same residents' cars. I don’t know who they asked to write the nice reviews but don’t be fooled. This place does not care about residents at all. Your packages WILL be stolen and management will turn a blind eye. Parking is TERRIBLE there’s a family that lives in the building next to us that rotates their cars in the guest parking spots so they don’t have to pay for more permits. Maintenance problems? The property looks nice and the location is convenient, but there are some major issues living here. Parking is always an issue, management is very slow to respond to requests, and the noise levels got very frustrating after living here for a year. The management has definitely gone downhill and its not worth the money to stay here. Prices increased while the service and support plummeted. I decided to let my lease end and find somewhere else to go. I have lived here for over 2 years and love it! The apartments and grounds are beautiful. Managment responds quickly to questions. There used to be a parking issue but that has been resolved! I love it here!
