I just love our executive apartment home. Love the walk-in closet in the master suite. Also love the ballroom master bath. Nine closets in this three bedroom apartment home, all waiting for me to fill it with more trinkets. The most important thing I like about living here is that everyone cares about the relationships we are building with each other and therefore, take better care of their surroundings.

Amazing Apartment and Great Staff
I love my amazing 1 bedroom apartment. It has state of the art granite counter tops, stainless steel refrigerator and oven, flat top stove range, and easy to clean faux stone floors. There are plenty of windows for lots of light which is important in the Pacific Northwest. The office staff is wonderful, friendly, courteous, and provides great amenities including lovely, spotlessly clean pool, hot tub, tanning bed, workout room, Clubhouse, and game room. The maintenance man is also terrific and... if anything needs fixing, he is there to fix it within 1 day of the request. There is an option to pay rent online for a small fee and they decorate the office with lights in the winter. I feel very safe in this gated community. I would recommend the 4425 Apartments to anyone looking for a great price and a great apartment.

Incredible Luxary Apartments!
This awesome structure is the perfect place for you and your family! The staff is amazing and extremely accommodating. They go out of your way to make you comfortable and always greet you by name! These fabulous apartments are a quick walk to uptown where you can shop, dine, catch a movie or even enjoy an afternoon massage. The views are breathtaking and your neighbors are quiet and friendly. The building also includes a lounge with cable, a pool and Jacuzzi, pool table and state of the art gym.... You have everything you need here to make you feel right at home!
