Not worth the trouble
Do not stay here unless you have loads of money. The fees and charges these apartments place are really ridiculous. Upon moving out, watch your account. Don’t do the Rhino plan for the deposit, Total waste of money. These units are not at all worth the price. Take pics of everything, document on your own when maintenance comes. But if you find the fees are too high and it seems a bit out of the ordinary, run! It’s not you, it’s them. There are plenty of other apartments that are way better and... way more worth your money.

Beware!!!
The maintenance at this apartment complex is a complete disaster. It takes weeks for them to respond to requests and they do a shoddy job when they finally do show up. The place was falling apart.

Worst place I've ever lived
The management at this apartment complex is terrible. They are unresponsive and unhelpful. My requests for maintenance were ignored for weeks and the place was falling apart.

Worst place I've ever lived
First things first, there is nowhere for visitors to park. They force you to pay for a stall. When I first moved in they gave me a key to the hallway, and not to my actual apartment which meant I had to wait outside the first night in my car with all of the stuff I had to move. Once I got in I had discovered that the apartment was in a state already. There was some weird syrup like substance smeared over the walls in the bathroom, and bugs everywhere. Not just ants, but beetles and all kinds of... stuff. All of the light switches had disgusting grime on them. I have lived in an apartment that was half the cost in Tacoma and it was light years better. There are a ridiculous amount of kids that are constantly screaming outside no matter the time, and they will also just drop kick balls around the lot. My brand new car had been hit a few times. Please just avoid this place if you can

Too Noisy
The apartment complex is noisy. If you live in or around building 16 you’ll be inundated with the sounds of constant forklift noise from 4am to 9pm. This is due to both Value Village and the Builders First Choice lumber yard. The constant ‘beeping’ of the forklifts and the slamming of metal bins (thank you Value Village) is enough to wake you up Monday – Sunday. There is zero compliance with city noise ordinance (remember law states the receiving property must be equal to or less than 80... decibels). The Apartment won’t enforce it neither will the city as they need the tax revenue from the two businesses and do not care about housing for their constituents. I have lived her for 5 months and I’m on my 3rd set of upstairs neighbors due to the noise. If you work from home this is not the place for you.
If you do decide to live here, make sure that you physically walk the apartment—do not trust the online videos as not all apartments are what they call ‘upgraded’. Upgraded gets you an additional coat of paint so thick that the interior doors will not shut properly. Wall outlets are so old that no matter what you plug into them it will fall out. And the noises and creaks from the neighbor upstairs are due to the age of the complex.
I would reconsider living here as the value for the inconvenience is high on the miserable scale.
