Poor management that never answers the phone, and I mean never. And takes months to get back to tenants. Disgusting people taking advantage of the fact that people have to have a roof over their heads. Would live in my car before living here again. Took them months to get back to me about the fact that they provided me the wrong key (after I had to ask for it) to the mailbox, as well as the wrong mailbox number. I ended up having to rent a PO Box. I left literally dozens of messages for them and... they just couldn’t be bothered. Faucet shot off the wall the first time I tried to shower, the dishwasher never worked properly, the stove couldn’t be used for the first week because they didn’t put the drip pans back on it after it was “cleaned”. Apartment was filthy upon move in and no inspection checklist was provided. When one was finally dropped off it wasn’t even for my apartment and didn’t have the correct name on it, which I could have worked with except they also left no instructions on how to turn it in. Staff is only if the office for 8 hours a month, they did my move out inspection 2 months prior to my move out, took them a total of 3 minutes and they still charged me for things that were there before I moved in.

Worst management
I am a current resident. So advising everyone to stay away from these. The management is very poor. They make promises but never commit to them. The stove and the dishwasher in our apartment has been broken now for 2 months. They have promised us 4 times to replace it but have never showed up to replace these.
You have been warned before you step into something where you can end up having the same experience.

Renter Beware
I highly regret signing a lease here as the cost for renting is way too high for what you get. The other reviews are correct the staff is almost useless and non existent when you have an issue and rude as well.
If you put in a maintenance request even if it’s serious expect to have it fixed a couple weeks down the line.
They started working on their pavement and gave a three day notice to move your cars or else they’d be towed. Can’t talk to the office about it because I’d be talking to an... automated system as they are never working.
Again will not be signing another lease here and I suggest to try another.

Regretting getting a lease here
Maintenance takes weeks, even for urgent matters. Had to go without a working fridge, dishwasher and washer for more than a month. No maintenance whatsoever in common areas. Mold and mildew everywhere on the facade of the building. Smoking on porches is either allowed, or not allowed but not enforced - so many smokers around you can't open your window to let fresh air in because the fresh air is tainted by some kind of smoke from your neighbors. Too pricey for what it's worth. The staff will... keep using pandemic as an excuse, but what I hear from neighbors who have lived here even before the pandemic, is that the slow response to maintenance requests have always been a thing, gets slightly worse because of pandemic but not that much worse. They just refuse to get more maintenance guys to keep their running cost down. Oh and the dumpster bins always overfill in a few days...lots of crows and seagulls crowding the dumpsters, making a mess. Badly maintained facility, serious. Look elsewhere.

Not worth it!
Apartment is very old and you'll find mold growing everywhere. There is absolutely zero maintenance near the common areas and most of the apartments are gloomy and dark. Not worth the pricy tag this apartment comes with.
