Completely not transparent on a bunch of costs and fees, management is totally unorganized, they are very underhanded. A bunch of stuff in our unit was broken and the insulation is terrible, it’s cold all the time and very expensive to heat. We regret moving here

Spencer 68 is a great place to live. Is quiet, neighbors are friendly, is a pet friendly place and the staff is very nice and helpful. The only downside is the parking. I own two cars and for the lack of parking and since I have to park in the street or pay I decided to only keep one with me.

Hi, I'm in my 9th year of living here @ Spencer 68 .I still enjoy my apartment & community in Kenmore ?! There's always changes
& improvements. So the leasing office staff & maintenance staff are friendly & helpful. The biggest positive upgrade will be when we get our private, secure mail package area.??
It's also nice to have get togethers on occasions. again.
