They will show you all the amenities they don't all work, despite having to pay a pet deposit and rent - they do not treat the carpets even when they say they did. If you push you'll find only if they see a flea. I live on second story I've had my cat two years never had a flea issue as I have allergies I'd know...and was hesitant to sign a year lease because of this. They will go above and beyond to assure you...they have a company spraying every single month... Just in general fairly dishonest... or maybe just really incompetent management.

It isn't the worst place to live but if possible I would recommend living elsewhere
I'm currently residing here and while it hasn't been awful there are definitely a lot of concerns.
Pros: -Conviently located -Amazon package hub -In comparison it is cheaper than other places -The ladies in the office are always super nice, helpful, and respond quickly. -Maintenance is pretty nice. They have always responded pretty quickly when we have sent in requests. Cons: -MOLD!!! Everything is molding even in places where it doesn't get wet and we even had a mushroom grow out of the... cupboard. -The carpet is cheap, individual fibers are found all around house and in vacuum. -The bathrooms were not properly built so everything is breaking, peeling, and molding. Shortly after we moved in: toilet stopped flushing which we discovered was because the only thing holding the arm of the flusher on was a zip tie from a previous repair, we decided to fix this ourselves to avoid another cheap fix; the tub floor began to peel; the toilet paper holder completely fell off. -Shortly after we moved in our entire apartment became infested with fleas (it was so bad). We did not have pets. -Parking is an huge issue, luckily we live in the very back so we can at least find a parking spot in the unlit back corner of the lot and not have to walk far to get to our apartment if we back later in the day. -People park in designated cross walk areas which poses a safety hazard for people with certain disabilities and prevents wheel chair access and yet these people have yet to get in trouble and I doubt they will. -When it rains be prepared to get soaked and muddy. Side walks and parking lot flood, rain gutters dump onto walkways. No grass around our apartments so it becomes very muddy. -The dumpster always overflows every week well before it is picked up. People pile trash all around dumpster and leave unwanted furniture, none of this is collected by garbage person understanably. -Nonresidents dump stuff often and we frequently have a guy who digs through the dumpster at night. -Our breakers often trip unpredictably with little running, cutting the entire aparments power. -Speed bumps are absolutely horrible.

Hacienda Apartments
Sturdy apartments that have been around for 40 years. Maintained timely but efficiently to keep rent reasonable. Fireplace inserts and dishwashers are bonuses to compliment reasonable rent for one bedroom apartment. On-site laundry facilities are kept up and free to use. Small, quiet, indoor-only pets allowed with achievable pet deposit. AND a small bit of dirt inside a private patio area to keep green thumbs busy. Free parking for two cars right in front of apartment. Perfect amenities.
