Poor Policy

We lived here for 2.5 years. Everything was good until they changed the parking system. The new parking system leaves about 81 exclusive spots for GUEST ONLY. That means even you are the residents paying rent monthly, you are not permitted to park on those spots. If you choose to live far behind the office, you will likely have to park your other cars very far from your apartment. I think this new change is horrible. You left so many empty space for guests. I don't even have a guest in 6... months. That's really unfair for the residents here. After the rent contract ends, I would move to a better place- with parking spots!

Thank you for your feed back. I am sorry that you are less than satisfied with our new parking policy/guest parking policies however you are given a free assigned parking spot with your home. This new parking structure was rolled out after...
having numerous residents complain that they have no parking for the guest ever and vehicles that were not operable just sitting and taking up parking spots. Your home is located next to larger buildings that also have 3 bedrooms. The parking that is labeled for guest is just that. This was explained to you when you came in and registered your vehicle(s). You are parking in spots that are not assigned to you such as other residents spots not to mention continuously parking in guest parking when you yourself are not a guest and have been warned numerous times. This also was re-explained the 1st, 2nd and now 3rd time you have been notified . We did not put up 81 guest parking spots as you stated. If you would like to discuss this further please contact me and I an put some time aside.

???? this place is a joke

Kids play under your car and in dumpsters. Crow infestation! The birds are chewing on your window screen all day long not afraid of peoole. Will attack small children and take their snacks. The balcony rails are too wide my 2 year olds head and body can fit through the bars! And hes a big kid. Mold mold mold and some more mold... Window mold painted over not cleaned. Kitchen doors chewed on and missing chunks. Washer/drier ancient out of this world. Stairs wiggle as you walk up. Rails have... chunks of wood missing from them from rot. Birds and bees laying neats by your door. Sick place. Kids play tea parties in the parking lots. Crazy mental neighbors yelling at each other all day long. Walking around bare foot and dirty. I feel like i live in a village full of hoboes.

Stay away

DO NOT move in here!!!! The Management is Horrible. They do not fix anything. The outside lights don't work right so most of the time you have to use a flash light to see. Oh & the biggest thing is, your apartment has to look like NO ONE LIVES THERE.

Apartment homes are okay. I feel as if they're a little too expensive. I have a place to live at the moment and I'm glad. The neighborhood is quite. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Poor management

I have been here for several years and during this time they have went thru 4 management teams as well as maint. teams. I have issue after issue with my apartment and they have tried to make me responsible for each one. I had a pipe break in the wall of the apt above me and flood my apartment and they were slow to respond. I had the pipe under my kitchen sink burst in the middle of the night and i contacted the the emergency # the maint. person on call tried to put me off until the next morning.... After this issue i requested a hotel and was told it was on me to pay for it. It took several discussions with the main group to get them to understand that I had paid my rent for the month, and with the equipment that was brought in the dry the carpet i could not stay in there for them to agree to pay. I will not be returning when my lease is up and letting everyone I know to avoid this place.
