Shorewood is a great community—amazing location and kind and considerate staff. The schools are also phenomenal, as is Mercer Island more generally.

Shorewood is a beautiful property that is secluded in a quiet neighborhood, yet still nearby to neighboring Seattle and Bellevue. It is ideal for someone who appreciates a peaceful neighborhood but also enjoys being close to the hustle and bustle of the city.

More attention to amenities like the gym and the off leash dog area would elevate the resident experience even more. It's a shame to see how certain amenities have really gone down hill in the year and a half that we've lived here. I... recognize these amenities are not common at most apartments, so it is very nice to have them. Just wish they were up kept a bit better.

The staff are friendly and nice, but it is always hit or miss when bringing up a concern with them. They either address it quickly and adequately or completely disregard it. Would be nice if they were a bit more consistent across the board with this. Read More

I feel so safe and at home here! This has become my favorite apartment I’ve ever lived in! The location is ideal, the facilities are nice, the neighborhood is cozy- what more could you ask for!

Location is amazing. The apartments are spacious and well renovated. I had a chance to check out the community club house for the first time, which I was very impressed with
