I recently visited family that just relocated to WA and moved into Switchback. They had so many great things to say about the area and their new apartment complex I had to see for myself. They were not wrong!! The property is still finishing up with construction, but the property is still very impressive! I visited on a Saturday, and I was able to join my family for a Saturday Brunch the management has for the residents every weekend, which was very nice! The staff was very warm and welcoming to... everyone and Jordan was very pleasant to talk to. The clubhouse was grand and sleek. I've never seen an apt. clubhouse like this before and there probably isn't anything comparable in this area. They have a business center, a huge fitness center AND a separate Yoga Studio!! Loved it!! I really like the open concept layout of my cousin's apt. It's very spacious and great for entertaining! I will be recommending Switchback to a friend of mine that is looking for a new place in a couple of mos. If I didn't already own my own home, Switchback would definitely be an apt. community I would live at for sure!

AMAZING!!!!
Switchback has an amazing staff and amazing community. No drama, quiet, and respectable neighbors. The property is very clean! The apartments are definitely up to date.

Love it here!!
Switchback is a beautiful property with a great staff! It’s close to stores , restaurants, and free way access, so I’m in a prime location for everything! The layouts are beautiful open concept and everything is brand new. I’m so glad I made the choice to rent here vs. the other new communities in the area.

Best Apartment!
This is the best place to live in Lacey, it is a brand new, spacious, and open apartment community. The location is great, with easy freeway access, shopping, and restaurants.
