I have lived in a few apartment complexes before and this one by far has been the best. The apartments are clean and come with a fully functional washer and dryer. Their appliances actually work and are not cheap. The maintenance team is wonderful, friendly, and respond in a timely manner when help is needed.

Worst renting experience ever.
I have lived in over 8 apartments over the past 8 years due to military moves and this by FAR has been my worst experience.
Greedy/Passive Aggressive
On the surface the landlord lady seems very nice but they are very passive aggressive. It took a couple of months for me to realize this but my first instance was when I was notified of a "lease violation" by having things in my window ledge (a single bottle of water was there I forgot for one day), the next was that my car was a parking... violation (my tires deflated slightly (while i was UNDERWAY for one month with the Navy) when the weather got cold, they even threatened to tow it while I was still underway), and finally I got my first noise complaints when the first was actually the next door neighbor and the second said I was "banging pots" around. Hard to believe I'm noisy when literally all I do is work 18 hour days and come home just to sleep. (2 of 5 stars)
To top off my wonderful experience here I was charged for a 5 year carpet replacement upon leaving ($1000 repair) with no rhyme or reason why. That's not all! They cancelled my account so there was no way to pay until debt collectors called and hurt my credit score! (1 of 5 stars)
The only way this place gets one star is for the location, and even with that the apartments are super outdated with 1970s style heaters (that will run up your electric bill) and kitchens. Don't waste your money here on the bad apartments and passive aggressive landlord just for a decent location. Oh and biggest things is that they don't have A/C!!!! It was over the 90s in my apartment for 2 months of the summer.
