Nice Place

Nice place for the money. I have been here for 10 months and will be staying longer. It's not worth the hassle of moving and this is a nice place to live. Just on the edge of downtown so still convenient to walk and plenty of places around the area to eat.

It's close to 3 major hospitals so you will have to get use to the sound of sirens pretty much all the time.

Only complaint so far is the elevator seems to break down all most every month. It's only 3 floors so it's not an issue to just use...
the stairs unless you have a bunch of stuff you need to move.
