Rude office staff

Tye staff are so rude when you call to enquire regarding a apartment. Very unprofessional and will not let you apeakto a manager. I wouldn't recommend thos place to anyone!!!

unsafe area and poor management staff

I always try to avoid going to the leasing office because the staff is always new and no one cares to assist with any issues or concerns. It’s very problematic and I constantly see other residents leaving displeased from the office , very sad to see . We all endure the same suffering with this property and lack of management .

DO NOT LIVE HERE

I’ve only had negative experiences living here. Cars are broken into ever night. They charge you $100/month for garage parking but anyone can access it and break into your car. Buildings here have so much maintenance, the doors to ever building are always broken and ANYONE can get into the building.

Homeless people and people under the influence are always around the parking lots . It is not safe here

Staff management here are hypocrites.

there are too many things to list in terms of issues this property & property management has.

Leasing office staff will tow your car if it is parked in the future resident parking spots or fire lines.

These are the same employees who park their cars in the future resident parking spots AND fire lines.

Management here are rude and entitled. They work with a very diverse community, I’m sure in a lot of ways, these employees are overworked. Maybe that is why they are rude and entitled?...


Regardless, they should not be in management if they do not have the ability to MANAGE the way they carry themselves amongst others & represent the brand itself. They do it poorly and because of it, they represent FPI Management . FPI Management is trash. This specific location, if you do not mind paying for broken or faulty appliances in your apartment and can wait 8 months for ANY type of service action request, go for it.
