I moved in October 2021 and this has easily been the worst living experience of my life. Manage changed five times. At some points there was trash piled to the ceiling of the trash shoot rooms on every floor. Trash was overflowing in the trash room. This ended up causing a roach infestation that required SEVERAL treatments to clear up. No one in the office was available. My window had been broken for a solid year before finally being fixed.
They harassed me and threatened to evict me for not... doing my annual qualification even though I had sent it to them several times. I tried to talk to someone in the office but no one was ever available, and obviously no one was checking emails. It got so bad I had to contact the WSHFC (who by the way are completely worthless) before someone in the office told me what they needed. I want to be clear that from December 9th 2022 to February 6th I was dealing with this. I contacted the property manager 6 times just over emails. Not including countless phone calls and voicemails I left to get this resolved. At one point I ended up contacting Indigo Properties, who owns this complex. I am lucky enough to know my rights and have access to legal advice because I work in a law firm. Most of the residents here are not as lucky and I couldn't imagine their fear of getting a baseless eviction threat because this complex can't pull itself together.
This has been absolutely horrendous and I'm thankful I will be able to move out in the next month. I would not wish this complex on my worst enemy.
DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO. Do not be fooled by the seemingly nice units. It's not worth it
Also they only have bay windows which makes it almost impossible to attach any type of acc, including portable ones, unless you want to block off the entire window.
