I give 4 stars because I like that it's not noisy here around the complex. However, my neighbor have some dogs, and I dont think that she maintains good hygiene. Because every time she open the doors, I can smell dog urine strongly. The smell is really disturbing. Besides, some residents smokes cannabis throughout the complex, and the smell bothers me and my kids. I reported my concern about the smoking issue, but no actual action from Radford Court to solve the problem except for sending some... Smoking Policy Reminder.

Radford is a wonderful place with a clean environment, beautifully maintained with a great ambience. The staff are incredibly welcoming and always ready to help. I'm thoroughly enjoying my stay here and highly recommend it to anyone. Please keep up the fantastic work!
I also want to give a special mention to the community center, which is a lovely spot to relax and unwind with a cup of coffee, tea, or even a glass of kombucha. It's a great place to chill out!

Radford Court is a fantastic place to live! It’s always clean and well-maintained, and the office staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect—close to bus stops, Magnuson Park, beautiful trails, and stunning Lake Washington. One of the best parts is the huge Dog Park with a lovely dog beach, perfect for relaxing by the water. It’s a peaceful and comfortable place to call home, surrounded by nature and convenience!

Peaceful community with friendly staff. However the security level is concerning as it's close to a public park , which the police are well aware of but can't help

Repairs have been completed very quickly, the leasing office staff is friendly, and the apartment has a lot of amenities and events. Residents are also friendly and there are a lot of cute dogs that live here!
