WORST APARTMENTS WORST MANAGEMENT

They are terrible! Just terrible! They let you live in an apartment with ants, management is beyond rude and unreasonable, they will blame their accounting errors on you and try to get you to double pay rent then ignore you when you provide proof of your payments. They are the very very worrrrrssssst place I've ever lived! I hate pretty much everything about this place. There's no parking available and they'll come into your place with no permission or warning and when you're not home. SAVE... YOURSELF AND DON'T CONSIDER THIS OVERPRICED HOLE.

Run fast, run far!

Looks are deceiving, but I tried to make the best of this move.
The on-site “management” is completely unprofessional to include favoring certain residents (to the point of targeting others without cause), sharing personal/inappropriate information about residents to others, and not doing their job to keep the grounds safe and clean. Maintenance is only onsite Mon-Fri from 8-5; I had called with the emergency of a feral cat pouncing on one neighbor and following me to my unit, to receive a call...
10 minutes later and no further action taken.
This is NOT a pet-friendly site, as advertised, with many ill-behaved animals running around off-leash, animal excrement all over, tenants who make it evident that they do not like animals, as well as the pet waste receptacle often overflowing. I spent my first day cleaning waste off of my shoes after stepping on a pile in the trash compactor area, ultimately throwing the shoes away.
People from the area surrounding would often wander around the property, as it was fair game as to whether or not the gates would be working. Neighbors were not kind or curious, for example one tenant in my building that would stand in the stairwell to smoke, causing fumes to migrate to all the units. Another played their television so loud all day that it would shake the floors and make the furniture in my apartment vibrate.
Dilapidated units are overpriced! I should have known something was fishy when the manager, who did not accompany me during the walk through, noted that small eye sores (such as “paint on the trim or carpet”) need not be documented. They told me that the last resident left the unit in tip-top-shape… Let’s just leave it at, I heavy duty cleaned the entire unit an entire week before it was clean - my socks were black on the bottom every day as I unpacked. There were unpatched and unpainted nail holes throughout the unit. Black staining, which I suspected to be mold, in the bottom of my dishwasher was reported upon move in and still had not been addressed 5 months later. My neighbors requested a new door handle as theirs squeaked, and 3 months later, when it was finally replaced with a new handle… it still squeaked loud enough to hear throughout my unit! Many of the blinds in the units are in disrepair; some tenants have books and pillows to cover gaps where blinds have broken off.
