because you can't afford anything else or you do not wish to lose your beloved pet. Things could be worse, but they could be a whole lot better. Maintenance? Rarely. Fox River Bluff Apartment complex has had it share of problems prior to Vince taking over the property management position roughly 8 years ago. There was a time prior to that when we had an alcoholic maintenance guy and a very shady apartment manager. I witnessed the Appleton Police at the property numerous times. It got so bad that I saw Appleton Police every hour on the hour. There were also a bunch of cars broken into. I’ve lived here since 2001......18 years! Don’t know why there’s... negative reviews. Yes, this is an older complex and maybe it’s not as nice as a new build, but, there’s not too many apartments in the area with a big kitchen. Vince has done a wonderful job cleaning up this complex. There’s a great landscaping crew, carpet cleaning crew now too. Personally I think people living here don’t know how good they have it. Read More
