I've lived here over 15 years and most of my years have been a positive experience. My most recent years I only have great things to say about the Property Manager and my interactions, whether it's a maintenance issue, resident issue or any question. Maintenamce response time is quick within a couple of days. The manager is easy to work with and generally concerned. The beautiful grounds and apartments are well maintained making it comfortable and safe. I would recommend living here.

Comfortable
Me and my wife has been living in the columns for 2 years now and without any complaints if we need anything done within 2 days things are fixed and back like nothing ever happened. The management is kind and thoughtful or time. If you looking for a place to live please contact management

Great for college students
This is a great first apartment for college students! Maintenance and the manager are so helpful is ensuring their residents are comfortable! Perfect location for Marian students

Save Yourself
Do not move here. A cardboard box on 2nd street would show you more hospitality than this property and the people who run it. I feel terrible for the Marian students who sign a lease before getting a proper look at the "community." It's not worth the convenience.
