Just moved in at the Kaukauna Evergreen Drive apartments. Within a couple weeks already having problems. Emails sent out to all tenants for people parking in guest parking spaces… can only park your vehicle behind your garage door, which I wish I would’ve known early on that this would be so strict… because people work different shifts and I don’t want to have to wake up at 4am every day to move my vehicle for my roommate to get into the garage or for me to move my vehicle inside so they can get... out to go to work at say 8pm when I had just parked 4 hours prior, The parking lots are extremely small and narrow as it is, and to flip flop the order of cars for different work shifts is just a headache. Address has been messed up since we moved in as well. Sometimes it’s evergreen drive, sometimes it’s east evergreen drive. They did address this with the correct option, but seems like something we should have figured out before people are moving into the place and rely on mail pieces to be sent to. On entry to our place, the first night we had dogs barking downstairs. Bottom floor door doesn’t close properly so people always just leave it open when there’s a lock on it with a code (both a safety hazard, and weather related money wasted) Just overall exhausting to go through the amount of problems we’ve had here in less than a month. Ugh.
Some positives, the new unit is very nice. Modern looking, sunset views are stunning, other people living here seem to be easy to get along with… we even had people help us move some stuff upstairs and we helped them as we moved in at the same time. We had no problems with the actual unit when we moved in, so they did a great job when building them and setting everything up. WiFi is fantastic speed wise. A very good bang for your buck place to live in a great location right off the highway. Just wish the little things were not as big of a deal as they seem to be.

We understand that some of the issues you mentioned—like parking rules and address confusion—can be... frustrating. Our parking policies are clearly outlined in the lease agreement and are designed to ensure a smooth experience for all residents. Regarding the address mix-up, we updated it as soon as we were notified of the inaccuracy, and we apologize for any concern this may have caused.
We appreciate your perspective on the "little things." We see them as small bumps on the road to creating a great community together. If you have concerns about noise or dogs barking, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your leasing manager for assistance.
We’ve also taken care of the concerns regarding the secured entry door.

No concern
Just moved in and left for a few weeks to my other home. Came in late and both air conditioning units were not working. Sent a service request through the app that night. Next morning by 11 I hadn’t heard from anyone. Called the office and they could see the request and would follow up. Received a phone call from the maintenance guy and he said he called but wouldn’t be out until the following day. I explained that it’s 83 degrees in my unit and both ac units were not working. “If they call me... back I’ll see if they can get someone out.” No urgency at all. Left a message for the owner, no response. Poor customer service. All HVAC companies have emergency services for these situations. Brand new building should have been inspected better.

We can confirm that your initial work order was... received on July 29, 2024, at 1:34 AM, and our team promptly dispatched a vendor to address the issue by July 30, 2024. Upon inspection, it was determined that a condenser leak had caused both of your A/C units to malfunction. Regrettably, due to the nature of the repair, it required additional time and a follow-up appointment, which was completed by our vendor on August 6, 2024.
We understand that maintaining a comfortable indoor temperature is crucial, and while our vendors strive to address urgent matters promptly, scheduling constraints can sometimes extend repair timelines.
New construction can occasionally present unexpected issues, despite our thorough pre-move-in inspections. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve these matters and ensure the comfort of our tenants.
