These apartment homes are two bedrooms units in four-plexes. I have lived mostly in large apartment buildings and this is such a nice change. Of course, you hear your neighbors at times, but we have been very lucky to be in a building with respectful and generally quiet neighbors. Most of the units are adjacent to some wooded lots - it is nice to have a little bit of nature in your backyard.
The location is pretty great, just a block off of mineral point road but it still feels relatively... quiet and safe. There are other large apartment complexes and condos in the area but most of the units are occupied by families and older professional adults. Very few loud college age kids in this neighborhood.
Walking distance to the mall and other shopping if that is your thing, otherwise a less than 5 minute drive will take you to Target, Copps, Metcalfes, MadCat Pet Supplies, and lots of other places.
Central heat and air and an attached garage are my favorite features. The garage is not attached to the units themselves but rather through the basement, this works out just fine for my family.
Cats and dogs are allowed in the units and most of our neighbors are respectful and clean up after their dogs outside.
Staff and management has been responsive when we have issues or concerns.
All in all, these are great apartments for small families and professionals of any age looking for a nice place to live that feels a bit more like a house than your typical apartment.
