I was so excited about possibly making this my home the day I heard of open unit I submitted required application and fees. Waited well over a month and a half and no response of approval or denial supposedly yet I was all of a sudden needing to provide something to an already fully completed application. It was very unclear what exactly was needed. I gave up asking for clarification. Hopefully it was just me and others are treated fairly and kinder. It all worked out in the end. Found my dream... apartment so it’s their loss. I hope it’s just me and no one else has trouble applying.

Noisy & Bad Management
Pros: Larger apartments, great location, underground parking, washer/dryer in unit Cons: You can hear absolutely everything that the people above you are doing. At all times. It sounds like a herd of elephants lives above me, and they’re always yelling or doing odd things like vacuuming at 10 pm. Which sounds like they’re ramming every wall in their home. It routinely sounds like my floor is shaking. The police are here far more often than they should be, and they said that management here... doesn’t care. Talking to current residents yields some horror stories. Everything in my apartment is falling apart. Loose section of carpet, blinds are cheap, cracks in everything. Maintenence quit, saying the place was a disaster since new management took over. Unlike many apartments, you cannot text them with issues, and they never answer their office phone. It looks nice on the outside, but it has severe problems on the inside.
