I spoke to a person at this property and was very impressed by their professionalism! She helped me understand how the Section 42 program works. This property is extremely nice and one of the things that didnt surprise me at all was but really stood out to me was that they are at full occupancy and that the current waitlist at their property is at 800!!!!!!!!!!!!! How Can That Even Be Possible! I was so excited up to that point! What A Let Down That Was for Me!!! To say the least I am Very... Discouraged at this point. So I have decided to stop looking for now.
