Roaches
They have a terrible infestation of roaches. Run, don't walk away from these infested apartments. I slept better in a tent!

Great Place to Live and Great Management
Sun Creek is really a nice complex. Unfortunately, I have to move. I cannot afford to live here anymore. Not that they are expensive; their prices are very good. I like that all the utilities are included except the electricity. Although, it is only basic cable; I had to have more than that. I am living above my means so I have to move, but if you can afford the apartments it is definitely worth the money. If any repairs are needed, they are right on it. The maintenance crew is great. On the... walk through before I started renting, I pointed a few things that were not cosmetically unappealing and they had it fixed before I moved in. Great management; Barbie and Jessica are the best. They are always friendly and work with you on anything you need. It is also a pretty quiet complex. My neighbors above me have some noisy dogs, but we worked that out. Everyone is so nice. Don't pass this opportunity up!!

Still Love it!!
I have been here for almost 3 years and going to renew one last time before I buy a house. Even though rents have gone up in the area-and most of Phoenix, trust me I did look around-Sun Creek is still the best bang for your buck. My neighbors have been amazing, I miss the ones that had before but the new people that just move in above me are great! The maintenance guys are awesome and Jessica and Barbie in the office are always there to help or share a laugh. I feel like everyone here really... cares and that's what makes it really feel like home.

Typical cheaply made over priced apt
Was shown by the receptionist a model apartment which featured granite countertops and carpet in the rooms. Signed the lease went to move in and it had neither. The cabinets were so miserably small you can't fit anything at all in them. The floor is so cheap it will warp under any weight. (which they blame on you) Upon moving out the management was pretty uncooperative with touch up paint. And is now trying to take my deposit. Thanks for the horrid experience!
And making me waste 12,000$ on a... 500 dollar (if that) a month apartment.
