The new owner has installed security gates and is really improving the property. My wife and I feel very secure with our move and just love living here in our 3 bedroom apartment.

The rent has been raised for improvements, which is new video cameras, that don't cover the entire property, nor do they intend to fix that issue. They replaced toilets and faucets to cut down on water, though our water portion is the same. The pool is closed more often then not. It has not been maintained and there's a lock often found on the gates. The park equipment is dirty and broken, but they do not fix it. The office staff is not easy to get ahold of nor deal with when you can get in... touch with them. First forget about getting maintenance to come fix your AC.
They showed up 5 days later stating that by law they had at least 5 days to get started. The regional manager was absolutely no help at all and the arrogance spewed out of her. Toilet seats are tiny is laughable. Glad i only signed a 6 month lease, cause as soon as i can, i'm out.

In the last few days there has been a child molester on the premises, an severe roach issue and the manager is very rude and doesn't work with the tenants. I wish i had never been dumb enough to move into this place. Please do not make the same mistake we did unless you like roaches, child molesters and poor customer service.

Great value. All 3 bedrooms for great price and nice interiors. The "courtesy patrol" sits in their car all night as teenagers smoke weed at the playground while younger kids plat at the park. Even though it's supposed to be a "drug free" community. "No auto maintenance on premises", yet it happens all the time and they enforce nothing. Could be so much nicer if they enforced the rules that they make you accept and sign for when you sign your lease agreement.
