Horrible.

Manager is very unfriendly and unfair. The only good thing is that the Neighborhood is quiet.

Moved and never looking back!

This by far is thee worst property I’ve ever lived at. Roaches, unreliable and ever-so-not-present maintenance, a tenant who threatens to murder a resident for parking in a spot they wanted, family unfriendly, extremely cheap renovation to units. Floors are uneven. Inadequate cooling and heating. MAJOR water leaks. MOLD. Front door that does not close properly close unless slammed. Parking lot gates that does not function efficiently and does not function at all when it rains. Security gates on... lawn can be circumvented simply by reaching inside of gate and pulling down handle. Security lights in parking lots do not work which poses a safety risk at night. Pool gates are a breach of the law as they do not close properly, which obviously endangers children and animals. This property has been through about 5 managers in less than two years. That should tell you something. Keep all of your receipts of money paid for rent.

RENOVATIONS NEAR DONE

I lived at this complex for several years. The old management pretty much let the complex go in to disrepair and housed problem tenants. When the complex was bought by another investor several years ago, the problem tenants were let go and the apartments were renovated at a slow but steady pace. After two years the complex has been provided a fresh look with a gated parking area, new patios, glassed doors and interior renovations that included washer and dryers, polished cement floors and new... kitchen and bathroom appliances, So the empty apartments went quick after the renovations on each one were completed. The exterior lawn, parking structures and boiler structures are still being renovated or planned to be rebuilt. The tenants are quiet - no more issues there - as the new management appears to be screening tenants. So there is no worry about going to work and leaving your pets or belongings. In regards to bugs, there were a few and any issues were addressed by the pest control company who was sent at request. I only had a few incidents and usually after the old tenants on either side of me moved out and left a mess in their apartments. The maintenance never had an issue in responding to issues of AC, water or electrical failures in my unit. Everyone was pleasant. The units are a little below the "fair market value" and cheaper than many of the newly bought apartment complexes in the Biltmore area but give the same room sizes and amenities the higher priced units afford. The management was nice and cooperative in any requests or issues, So it is a good deal at this writing.

Overpriced and Noisy

Neighbors are inconsiderate and loud. Sometimes quite at night. But would not stay there again. Worst decision I ever made. That’s my fault but it’s sad to pay so much for rent and deal with inconsiderate people, no private balcony or patio, and have to park on the streets.
