Needs works

Maintance doesnt fix anything parking is awful. If broken any rules sent out notices to residents. The site is under work all time.

Fantastic community and staff

Everyone was so nice and helpful. They made sure we had a place to live and walked us through everything. Very family oriented.

The complex is improving alot!

We have a new owner and managment company, new maintence crew and every thing is amazing!!! Everyone is friendly and caring, one of the maintence guys Roger that goes around making sure the complex is looking nice he has all the Kids now mostly behaving now and they acutally like to help him keeping the place clean. Even my daughter wanted to help him and shes 4 yrs old. With all the changes I feel so happy and thrilled that I can bring my daughter back out to play now with out hearing all the... cussing and fighting! The apartments are getting redone and we get to have brand new applinaces and even washer and dryers!!! We even have awesome Couresty Officers that comes around at night to make sure every is safe. From being here for 5 years with numerous of mangement companies and owners, Im so glad that Urban Communities its making the complex better. Everyone here has been wating for this for a long time!!

Awesome property

Lived there for over a year and has changed so much. Apartment has so much room very spacious. Maria the assistant manager is great remarkable customer service very nice and sweet
