Living here since the pandemic and it was great in the beginning until around a year ago. They started ignoring the people who came with problems and eventually all form of contact disappeared. I had issues with people smoking in their homes and since all the vents are connected it all came to my house since i was at the end. Packages getting stolen and cars being broken in are common occurrences, the building wont provide footage or evidence to show retailers for proof because its against the... law..? There was also homeless people living on the roof for a good half year and management still ignoring emails and communication. To make things worse, even with all the issues they raise rent to "keep up with the competitive market"
