I tried to reach out to Wilcox Townhomes around 6 times through different channels - email, phone, form on their website and no one ever got back to me. Not sure why, but I could envision how the actual residents might be treated if no attention is put on the interested people!

Very happy renters!
My boyfriend and I moved in earlier this year with our dog (very dog friendly), and we love the building. The townhouse style of the apartments makes you feel like you're living in a house. There is more storage space than we could ever need. Our neighbors are quiet and clean. Any time we've ever had a maintenance request, the building management has been quick to respond. Would recommend to anyone.
