It has been wonderful living here at Mountain View San Dimas! I love my apartment. It is very close to a grocery store nail salon and pizza place. I like that I don’t have to travel far to get my necessities. The office personal are always super friendly and helpful with all my needs. Ester always answers my calls and gets back to me in a timely manner. I can always count on them.

Great customer service
I have been living at Mountain View apartments for about three years. My favorite part about here is the office people especially Ester. She is courteous and kind and tells me how it is. I appreciate the transparency. We just signed on and renewed for another year.

I love my apartment
I love my apartment at Mountain View. It’s spacious I have a nice patio and I like that I don’t have to fix things when they break. I just let the office know and they take care of it right away. The people are nice and helpful.

The best apartments
I’m thankful for the manager Esther at the Mountain View apartments. She’s very helpful and answers all the questions I have. And she’s also helped me recover packages that were delivered to the wrong door. I am forever grateful. I love living at Mountain View apartments and look forward to renewing a new lease term.

Not worth it
Facilities are over priced and outdated. The complex is crawling with rodents and roaches, especially by the pool. The new managers are the worst apartment management team I’ve ever worked with. They have never been able to give me direct answers about my questions regarding my apartment and lease. They’re also the type of people who will smile at you and then send cold litigious emails that make you feel like a walking money order instead of a person, I’m disappointed in this experience, have... already heard false apologies from this team, and I urge you to consider a different property.
