Management was helpful. Simon was very accommodating, patient, and was able to help us with all of our requests. Ultimately, Simon made us feel comfortable and made our initial process of getting an apartment go very smoothly.

Pinewood apartments is great place to live . We have been living here from 6 years .Simon is really helpful and responds to all of our queries very quick.The apartment maintenance and cleanliness is super good.
I feel a nice calm and lively atmosphere by living in this apartment .I am really feeling glad and great to choose pinewood apartments.

I lived at Pinewood Apartments for 10 years and only moved to be closer to grandkids in Riverside County. Maintenance and Management are excellent and very responsive to tenants. Beautifully maintained landscaping and pool area. Complex is so conveniently located to lots of shopping, restaurants and anything you needed. So easy to commute because of easy access to 5 Freeway and 55 Freeway.
