Read your contract carefully. They will bleed you for every penny when you try to leave, even when the apartment is immaculate and you’ve never been late on a payment. They will find ways to extend the contract over the most minor detail and they are MERCILESS. Do not trust them. Maintenance took months to come and fix the air conditioner and there were bed bugs. The parking lot is small, no cameras, and sketchy at night. My vehicle got hit and I had to deal with the damage out of pocket.

All move-out fees and potential associated charges were clearly outlined within the lease agreement. You'll find it is not uncommon in the... multifamily housing industry for some cleaning and repair costs to be owed at move-out should the condition of the unit warrant it. The leasing staff went above and beyond to get us into our apartment. They were friendly and helpful every step of the way and worked with our unique situation when others would not bother. Apartments are clean and beautiful with a family friendly environment.

Don’t live here
Maintence takes forever to come. I’ve had mold in my bathroom for over 2 years now. My apartment failed city inspection 5 times because maintence is lazy and doesn’t do the job right. I was supposed to get a carpet cleaning, but they “lost” the request. Laundry room is constantly closed due to the washers overflowing and the dryers catching fire. I’ve just stopped calling in work orders. I gave my notice of intent to vacate and my car was towed. When I went to the office to talk to the manager... she conviently wasn’t there. The price may be cheap, but you get what you pay for. A tiny apartment not worth the price, paper thin walls, maintence that sucks, and the fear of being shot when you walk into your apartment late at night.

Aspenwood
The apartment that I live in with my girlfriend is located in breathtaking Snowmass, CO. The rent however is not so breathtaking being $1700 per month. It is a studio apartment with a loft around 925 sf. It is very hard to find housing in the Aspen/Snowmass area so you need to take what you can get, which is what we did at the time. Please make our dreams come true!! Help us!!!

nice apartments, although mediocre size for the price. The landscape was not planned well; the drainage is a mosquito breeding ground
