I have a master available with a private bath for $1000/month and bedrooms with a shared bath for $800/month. Utilities... are an additional $75 per person.

The common areas are all fully furnished and includes two living rooms, a dining room, and a huge kitchen with stainless steel appliances. In-unit washer and drier. Big, fully fenced, backyard with patio furniture. All common household items such as paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc. are restocked regularly at no cost.
