We have been living in this apartment since November 24. Mice have appeared, and we live on the 6th floor. The soundproofing is terrible, we can hear our neighbor going to the toilet. There is no concierge, parcels are lost. In the photo of the mouse, the administration said that if the mouse is not in your apartment, it is normal. Think several times before living here.

So far so good! Have only been there 2 days but love my apartment! Won’t have an accurate answer till I’ve lived there a while but so far I’ve had to put in 3 maintenance requests

Staff is very friendly and apartment and amenities are all brand new and in great condition. Very quiet building with a great sense of community
