There sure are a lot of cockroaches here. And it keeps getting worse. Also, looking at prices for compatible apartments, seems I'm paying approximately 200-300$ more than I should.

Awful managment
I just moved out. They ghost me about my deposit (ignore all e-mails/ messages sent through the contact form) so that I have to hire a lawyer to get it back. Apartments are rather old/ run down, only the common spaces have been renovated, these are shown to potential new residents. Managment is attentive and nice until you move in.

Great house, good service. Beautiful view!! Been here since 2 months and I love it here. Location is close to the hospital as well as Publix.

Upon arrival, I noticed that the house was not clean. The kitchen surfaces were sticky, and the bathrooms had not been properly sanitized. This was quite disappointing and made me uncomfortable during my stay.
Additionally, there was a significant problem with the drainage in the bathroom. The sink drained very slowly, which made using it quite inconvenient.
