Cadence at Nocatee is truly a gem! The atmosphere is calming and welcoming. The facilities are always clean and well-kept, showing how much care and attention goes into every detail. The staff are incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. They offer a wonderful variety of activities that bring the community together and cater to all ages. Cadence is a great community, and it is highly recommended!

Overall, Cadence seems to be a good community. I’ve had a few issues, but the property manager has been very responsive. It seems to be pretty quiet and peaceful too.

I absolutely love living at Cadence. Brittany the property manager is really helpful and friendly all the time. The rest of the office staff is great as well. Very well maintained and clean community. The prices are competitive also. The amenities and apartments are very new and clean. I love the no smoking policy. Very conveniently located to all shopping and entertainment. I just renewed my lease. Very safe community as well.

While the move in wasn’t easy because the portal was down they made sure to help me. It’s a beautiful place. It should be noted that there are no elevators.
