It's a friendly and safe community to live in. I enjoy all of the activities and the different trails for walking and relaxing. They have plenty of parks for the kids to enjoy.

Week before last. when i had a maintenance request, my dishwasher had detached from the cabinet. they were prompt and friendly. Ready to assist with any need.

It is clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.

Overall, I’ve been satisfied living here though I’d love to see a few changes. It’d would be great if there were more resident events. It seems they plan for a few and then they are cancelled at the last minute. Landscaping and dog waste has been an issue and (as a dog owner) it’s really frustrating that the warnings of enforcing the policy don’t seem to make a difference. Right now the landscapers are coming regularly but it’s been spotty in the past year without explanation or notice. The... constant change in staff is frustrating as well. The amenities here are great. Dog washing station, gym, and great swimming pool. This place feels more like a resort than an apartment. I can’t wait for the grocery to be completed. That is only a 60 second walk from the property.
