So far my experience here at The Harper has been good Alisa was great! I would recommend a friend or family member to live here. The application process was very easy and it wasn't a long wait to get in and approved

I enjoyed moving into Harper. The process was seamless. Brittany assisted me with every question I had and gave a detailed response. She even went above and beyond to show me a pre-view of the unit selected ensuring I was comfortable with the layout. I have worked with Alicia - as well who has done a wonderful job getting me into the unit on the move in date. I can honestly say with all my heart that this has been the best experience and I am overall thankful ??. They have been both a huge... blessing to me.

3/5 Stars because overall, the unit itself is beautiful. For the amount of money we pay, we have no real amenities.. no playground, pool, pavilion, tennis court.. etc. Management changes like clockwork. It takes forever to actually get assistance when needed. The choices of food & grocery stores within a 2 mile radius suck. All in all, the entire experience is a 3.5/5 but the home itself is a 4.6/5 stars.

The community is wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and secure. The management team and leasing office is responsive and welcoming. I am so glad that I chose this community.
