Harbour Cove (now Cortland), Since the new management took over, I enjoy being part of the community so much more. They are doing a great job.

New gym is fire

The new renovation are super fire. We have new equipment and I can workout at home instead of paying for a gym membership. Shout out to the staff they are super cool

New management

I have been living at Harbor Cove for about 2 years. And the new management company which is Cortland is phenomenal. Joseph & Bianca is the perfect duo for the company. They make it so fun to live here. They are always doing things to get the community involved. Like back to school drives, community pool parties for the kids and more. Everyone is always smiling.

Harbour cove

I'm currently a resident At Cortland Pembroke Pines. Bianca Green and I toured Cortland harbor Cove! Where the units are very much spacious!
Something which I'm looking for beautiful pool area. Bianca Green is great at what she does!
